Cheers to Calistoga wine at the Grand Tasting event at Solage Resort’s Solstice Event Lawn and Barn. Surrounded by panoramic views of Calistoga, enjoy an afternoon of discovering the rich flavors of Calistoga wine with samplings from over 40 of the area’s premier wineries.
Small bites and live cooking stations will complement the wines being poured. Solbar’s Executive Chef, Massimo Falsini, will host the program’s “Grand Tasting” event accompanied by local chefs from Calistoga. Calistoga chefs will include Gustavo Rios of Evangeline, Reylon Agustin with Rosewood Sand Hill, All Seasons Bistro, James Richmond with Veraison, Chef Nicolas Montanez from Calistoga Inn and Brewery,Shaun McGrath with Lovina and Ross Kilkenny from Calistoga Ranch. Additional participating chefs will be announced in the coming months.
